Union Benefit Company is conducting interviews for full-time positions. We are looking to fill 2 - 3 positions in our Kimberly division.

We service the State of Wisconsin helping our Teachers, Firefighters, Police Officers, Nurses, and other union based organizations and associations with their permanent benefits their groups have made available to them.

Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS, but not required


o Help facilitate benefits to union members
o Respond to service request card
o Determine eligibility for new members
o Help and assist with application process

o Customer Service experience preferred, but NOT required
o Have strong professional communication skills, in person and on the phone
o Demonstrated initiative BOTH independently and within a team
o Ability to perform effectively in a deadline driven environment
o Ability to obtain state certifications
o Dependable Transportation
o Valid driver’s license
o Must adhere to ALL company regulations and ethics
