Then Credit Management Control is looking for you! We are a third party account recovery agency looking for qualified candidates with a college or 2-year associate's degree and collections experience ready to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities include:
Reconciling accounts receivable
Becoming familiar with clients
Working with a team of collectors
Making and receiving phone calls
Negotiating payment arrangements with consumers
Entering account information into data system with a high degree of accuracy

All applicants should demonstrate the following desired qualities:

Call center experience (experience in the debt collections industry desired but not required)
A college or associate's degree
Self-starter and team-player
Comfortable on phone
Professional attitude
Outstanding communication/negotiation skills
Ability to speak Spanish a plus!
Detail-oriented
Strong computer, written & verbal communication skills
Consistent attendance at work
